The Responder 72 Backpack is the pack you need when the call comes in and nothing can be left behind. Engineered for EMS, fire, and law enforcement personnel, the 50-liter capacity Responder Backpack comes with two vertical and four horizontal internal dividers to keep critical contents from shifting. The removeable dividers are fully adjustable to fit the load. Secure an oxygen cylinder (sizes D and Jumbo D) inside the main compartment with the non-slip, quick-release strap. If one O2 cylinder won't cut it, an internal slip pocket holds a second cylinder. Everything inside is protected by reinforced closed-cell foam panel construction. The light-colored lining adds contrast for low-light use. The full clamshell opening, with quick-pull tabs and optional color-coded snaps, speeds access when time is critical. Dual internal zipper pockets, an internal slip pocket with elastic bands and a clear divider keep smaller, quick-grab items staged for duty. On the outside, a large zippered pocket in front, two large zippered pockets on the sides, and a dual-access zippered pocket on top hold additional life-saving essentials. Padded shoulder straps and a removable sternum strap keep the pack where you want it when you're on the move. An aluminum frame and HDPE board back panel provide support for heavy loads, while grab handles on the top and front maximize carry options. The wipe-down-friendly exterior simplifies cleanup. Reflective strips on the shoulder straps and front panel magnify visibility. Fully compatible with our Responder Med Pouches, the Responder 72 Backpack is the top choice when you need to haul a full load of gear.

What Is Your Return & Exchange Policy?
- You may return your eligible merchandise to Golden Hunter for a refund or exchange within 60 days of receipt.
- All Closeout items are Final Sale and not eligible for return.
- Shipping and handling fees will not be refunded.
- Refunds will be applied to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
- Purchases made online at goldenhunter.ca may also be returned at a Golden Hunter location store so long as you provide proof of purchase and have the original payment method (e.g., the same credit card you used to purchase the product). If original payment method was Paypal or Affirm, refund will be issued as store credit in the form of a gift card.
- Please allow five to ten business days from receipt of your returned item(s) for your refund to post.

What Items Are Eligible For Returns and Exchanges?
- Please be sure to follow washing and handling instructions carefully, as Golden Hunter does not offer returns or exchanges due to the mis-washing of products
- Defective merchandise will be exchanged at the current value unless accompanied by receipt.
- Defective 3rd party product must go through manufacturer.
- Returned items will be inspected and non-defective merchandise must be returned in original, unworn condition.
- Underwear and Face Masks are considered Final Sale and therefore cannot be returned.
- To protect the authenticity of our patches, all sales are final on Patches. We accept returns for refund or exchange for patches that are damaged or defective only.
- Other items marked “Final Sale” and/or promotional items (e.g., free gifts-with-purchase, buy-one-get-one-free items, etc.) may not be returned.
- Altered/embellished items are not eligible for return.
- Gift cards may not be returned or refunded, unless required by law.
- Golden Hunter does not accept returns or exchanges from purchases made outside of Canada.
